Marisa Mena, author, composer and performer a.k.a. Mimicat was introduced to the world in 2014, but she’s been in and out of recording studios since she was 9 years old. “Tell me Why” was the first single from her debut album “For You” released by Sony Music Portugal. Strongly influenced by the “Oldies”, Mimicat reveals a soulful and warm voice, a perfect fit for the songs in this record, all written by Mimicat herself.She brings back the elegance and glamour of the “Golden Days”. A “retro” inspired look and a bold attitude makes her a fresh and undeniably magnetic presence.
